First the Judicial branch corruption from bottom to U.S.SUPREME
COURT. This is supported by irrefutable evidence violating the Constitution,
Bill of Rights, & Laws of the U.S.
Indiana Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely overruled the State
& Federal constitution imposing slavery, denying the unalienable right all
men are created equal guaranteed by the 6th amendment right to trial by an
impartial jury of which the federal constitution require be a cross section of
the community. This is MANDATORY by the 14th amendment & there is
statutes to deter judges from excluding members of my race under Title 18 sec.
243 but Judge David Kiely did it anyway violating my rights under color of law
pursuant to Title 18 sec. 242. The 14th amendment was put in because Black
people were being denied the right to due process. The entire Indiana
government refuses to comply with the demands of the Constitution. This is
a righteous cause to stand against government to uphold the integrity of the

This appeal went to the US SUPREME COURT No. 04-7377 because I was held
in violation of the Constitution & Laws of the U.S. When petitioned by
Habeas corpus the US SUPREME COURT have a duty to check the records & if
true must immediately RELEASE the citizen from the unconstitutional imposed
slavery. The Habeas corpus is a power denied government to secure the right to
freedom & the gravity is of such great importance there would be no
ratification of the Constitution without a way to secure the people right to
freedom. This is abuse of power by the US Supreme Court because they denied the
Habeas corpus & dereliction of duty. The U.S Supreme Court corruption
motive was to cover up the federal crime by Judge David Kiely & deny 50
million dollars owed for default of due process in violation of the 14th
amendment. This is a righteous cause for the people to stand against government
corruption that violates human rights in violation of the prohibition of
slavery violating the 13th amendment. The checks & balances are to
prevent abuse of power in a branch of government & justifiably petitioned

The
U.S Supreme Court also committed and ACT AGAINST THE LAW by remanding Jesha
Miller to the unconstitutional imposed slavery because in a HABEAS Corpus the
previous judgment is inapplicable as it fails to comply with the fundamentals
of due process. This is a conspiracy by the US Supreme Court to deny equality
in refusal of the demands of the Constitution. This is a righteous cause for
the people to stand against government corruption. These are criminal acts
by officials who are criminals. No one is above the law.
The first amendment guarantees the right to redress government. The U.S. Attorney General
Loretta Lynch is the top enforcer of the federal law. She was petitioned over a
year ago to enforce the law & corruption in the US SUPREME COURT but has

Federal Judge Richard Young in conspiracy with magistrate Matthew
Brookman denied my 1st amendment right to freedom of the press to conceal the
judicial branch corruption & oppression refusing to pay for the default
denying due process. Judge Richard Young denies rights under color of law to
protect Judge David Kiely as they both were colleagues at Evansville IN.

The FBI must enforce the law under Title 18 sec. 241 & 242 where
officials have committed crimes & U.S attorney Joshua Minkler told me

Michael Horowitz who is the Inspector General of the Justice DEPARTMENT - a
statutorily created independent entity whose mission is to detect & deter
waste, fraud, & abuse in the department of Justice. This is the second time
he refused to perform his duty to stop criminal acts by department officials to
no avail. When the officials to stop corruption and Misconduct are part of the
corruption government is corrupt because it's power is limited & having
gone to the point of crime it is a righteous cause for the people to stand
against government corruption because these are now criminals. The statutory
prohibition on discrimination in the selection of jurors, 18 U.S.C. sec. 243,
enacted pursuant to the 14th amendment enabling clause makes race neutrality in
jury selection a visible & inevitable measure of the judicial system own
commitment to the demands of the Constitution. As the irrefutable evidence
proves from the U.S Supreme Court corruption on down the officials refusing to
give black people equality and not even the statutes have deterred them because
the FBI & Michael Horowitz who are to enforce the law are part of the
corruption.

slavery. They are caught doing this again but are concealing it from the public

OPPRESSION
The motive for corruption by the US Supreme Court was to deny the 50
million dollars owed for default of due process in violation of the 14th

this immediately plus 10 percent interest for 18 years owed totaling 140
million dollars. This officials have done by refusing to pay for the default of
guaranteed rights under the Bill of Rights that government must protect. This
started as low as 2 million, 7 million, 10 million, so now the full amount of
140 million dollars September 9, 2016 must be paid by government because of
officials intent not to pay at all. This is white supremacy when officials
violate the rights of citizens without being held accountable for their
actions. The framers of the Constitution had 3 intentions. To protect the right
to freedom, hold officials accountable, and protect the rights of the accused.
Here all three have been violated being destructive to the Constitution, Bill
of Rights, declaration of Independence, & Laws of the U.S.
The
department of the treasury disbursement of money are held accountable for
paying for the default of the guaranteed rights by the Judicial branch of
government & must do so by the irrefutable evidence in the transcripts
Judge David Kiely refused the MANDATORY 14th amendment right to trial by a fair
& impartial jury as guaranteed by the 6th amendment & Constitutional
Law number 250.2 (4) which provides : Every Black Man has a right under
the 14th amendment to the Constitution U.S.C.A. , that in the selection of
jurors to pass on his life, liberty, or property, there shall be no exclusion of
his race and no discrimination against them because of their race. The
transcripts are evidence impossible to deny the 6th amendment right to trial by
an impartial jury were violated in violation of the 14th amendment the 14th
amendment of the law were violated by the judicial branch of government
officials. In addition there are statutes to deter judges from excluding Black
people from the jury pool under Title 18 sec. 243 in violation of the 14th
amendment proving default of due process in violation of the Constitution 3
different manner of default. Failure to pay & Jacob Lew & counsel
members of the treasury must be held accountable under Title 18 sec. 241 for
conspiracy to deny rights & oppression.
